GRAND PRIZE
VIP ticket package for (4) to the 2010 World 100 at Eldora Speedway in New Weston, OH and a Colormyracecar.com custom race gear package for (4). Contestants design will be unveiled on Friday afternoon September 10, 2010.
HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, complete the entry form and coloring design. To be eligible, entries must be completed and received on or by the closing date of July 31, 2010. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of Colormyracecar.com. Colormyracecar.com is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries.
CONTEST RULES:
1. The contest is open to US and Canadian residents under the age of 16 as of December 31, 2010. Identification must be produced on request.
2. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
3. Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.
4. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and coloring design for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications, and in television) which Colormyracecar.com may deem appropriate.
5. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that Colormyracecar.com may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
6. Winners and any guests must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by Colormyracecar.com acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.
7. Colormyracecar.com reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
8. Approximate value of prizes vary.
9. No limit on entries, enter as many times as you wish.
